Santa @ the Carousel

over the pedestrian bridge into West Salem.
Kason snoozed while we walked.
Once we got over the bridge we decided to walk
just a little further and have lunch at Taco Bell.

Chuck E. Cheese Birthday Party
This year Hinton wanted to have a Chuck E. Cheese birthday party with some of his friends. In an attempt to keep it both small and tame, we had the party at 10 a.m. on a Monday.

Safari Sam's
For Hinton's birthday we went to Safari Sam's in Sherwood (almost an hour away). It was our first time there. It is very similar to Chuck E. Cheese, with fewer games, but it has a huge jungle gym area (that Hinton never got around to checking out) as well as a mini golf course.
